I have compiled a list of questions that are often asked. If you don’t find your answer here, please feel free to contact me.

HOW DO I BOOK A PHOTO SESSION WITH YOU?  Simply send me an email or fill out the contact form to let me know what day(s) work best for you and what type of shoot you are requesting and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK?  I take bookings within 12 months from the date of your special event.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE MY SESSION? Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure a wide variety of dates to choose from.  All outdoor sessions take place 1-2 hours before sunset for the best light. Indoor sessions are shot before 2pm.

WHAT IS YOUR PRICING?  A portrait session is $300 + sales tax. Your spot is reserved once I receive a $50 non-refundable retainer fee. Final payment is due the day of your session. If you would like to obtain details for wedding collections, please shoot me an email and I will be more than happy to send you additional information.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A PORTRAIT SESSION?  Your full one-hour session, a link to the digital gallery and digital downloads of the fully edited, print ready images.


WHAT SHOULD I/WE WEAR?  In my opinion, wear something that is a representation of you and your personal style and makes you feel comfortable and confident. I would advise avoiding logos and busy patterns but layers and using different textures are always great. You are more than welcome to bring a change of clothes to your session. Please let me know if you need some outfit ideas and I’m more than happy to send over a style guide!

WHAT IF RAIN IS IN THE FORECAST?  I do not penalize anyone for rescheduling due to inclement weather. I prefer to wait until the night before or the morning of a shoot before determining whether or not to reschedule as Texas’ weather is often unpredictable and finicky. However, overcast days makes for beautiful images, so don’t be discouraged by them.

HOW DO WE SELECT OUR IMAGES FOR EDIT AFTER THE SESSION?  Every client is provided with an online gallery which they can look through at their leisure to choose their favorite images. There is also a secure shopping cart available, should you wish to order additional images.

WHEN WILL WE BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD OUR FINAL IMAGES?          The turnaround time is 3 days for delivery of low-resolution proofs to review and up to 5 business day for final edits from the time of your selection. Wedding galleries are posted within 3 weeks of your big day. I try to get your images back to you as soon as possible but if you need your photos sooner, we can make that happen for a small fee.

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?  For portrait sessions, you are provided with thirty (30) digital images. You are more than welcome to purchase additional images at any time for an additional charge of $15/image. Wedding image count will vary depending on the collection and coverage time.

CAN WE SHARE OUR FINAL IMAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA? Yes, of course! I encourage you to share your final images. Also, feel free to tag me…I would love it!

DO YOU PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH RAW IMAGES?  Nope. The raw, unedited images aren’t available for purchase because I believe in delivering quality, finished products that are a representation of my work and photographic style.

DO YOU WORK WITH A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?  I do indeed work with a second photographer at weddings, however, this may depend on the collection you select. We will definitely discuss this before you book your date. For portrait sessions, you get to work solely with yours truly!

DO YOU PROVIDE WEDDING ALBUMS AND PRINTS?  Unfortunately, at this time I do not provide albums or prints but, I can recommend some great companies that can assist you with this.
